Terms of Sale

1. Scope and Parties
These terms of sale apply to the consumer purchase of digital PDF sewing patterns supplied by Stella Sommerseth – Fagerlibakken number 12 – 3046 in the town Drammen – NORWAY, Org. no: 915 367 658 (“the Seller”), to the consumer (“the Buyer”).

2. Price and Payment
The total price for the products, including all taxes and duties, is stated in the ordering solution before checkout. Payments are processed through payment processors Stripe and Vipps in accordance with Norwegian payment laws.

3. Delivery
Digital PDF Patterns: The downloadable PDF files will be accessible at point of sale and sent to your email for download within 30 days after the sale.
Video Tutorial: Access to the online video tutorial will be available at point of sale for 30 days after the sale.

4. The Right of Cancellation (Angrerett)
Waiver for Digital Content: By purchasing this product, the Buyer explicitly requests immediate delivery of the digital content. The Buyer acknowledges that the 14-day right of cancellation is lost the moment the download of the PDF sewing pattern begins.
Pre-Download Cancellation: If the Buyer has purchased the product but has not yet initiated the download or accessed the video, the standard 14-day right of cancellation applies from the day of purchase.

5. Consumer Rights and Complaints (Reklamasjon)
Purchases are covered by the Norwegian Consumer Sales Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Digital Content Act (Digitalytelsesloven). If there is a defect or an error in the PDF pattern you must notify the Seller within a reasonable time.
Liability Period: The Seller is liable for defects present at the time of delivery up to 2 years after purchase.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the PDF sewing patterns, sewing instructions, photos, sketches, and video tutorials remain the property of the Seller. The products are intended for personal use only. Commercial distribution or unauthorized resale of the files or bags or other objects made using the patterns is prohibited.
